Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your plant/tree must be in the same condition that you received it- healthy, not wilted, not dead. For pots, they must be returned with no cracks, chips, or visible signs of damage. You’ll also need to provide any proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon purchase and inform us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We only accept plant returns within the 7‑day return window. However, a plant may be eligible for return after the return period only if you can provide clear proof that the issue was not caused by improper care or handling. For example, if a cactus is mouldy or rotten on the inside upon arrival, and you can show evidence that this was present at the time of purchase or delivery, we will review the case and may approve a return or replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If a refund is not approved, we do not offer money back. Instead, you may be eligible to swap your item for another plant or pot of equal value within the allowed time frame.
